Subscription Expiry or Non-Payment

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or not upgraded:

• Your data will be retained for 7 days from the date access is suspended

During these 7 days, you can:

• Renew or upgrade your subscription

• Request a copy (export) of your data

• Request deletion of your data

Permanent Deletion

After 7 days:

• All personal data linked to your account will be permanently deleted

• Deleted data cannot be recovered

Legal Exceptions

We may retain minimal data beyond 7 days only if required by Indian law, such as for:
